Adolescent & Youth SRHR

RHARK works towards the realization of national health outcomes in Kenya with the desired outcome that adolescent  and youth  have access to youth friendly services and age appropriate SRHR information thus  leading to  increased  uptake of reproductive health services, increased access to maternal health services, and reduction of child mortality.

SRHR Advocacy 

RHARK is inspired to support young women and youths participate in decision-making processes and demand accountability from their duty bearers, ensure Gender equality and equity principles are fully integrated into development processes, provide adequate structures of power and decision-making in order for young women and youth of all diversities exercise and enjoy the fulfilment of their sexual and reproductive Health rights. RHARK is involved in policy dialogue and advocacy, Information and education on Sexuality, Gender equality and Equity

Gender & Inclusivity

RHARK designs and implements interventions geared towards advancing gender equity, and participation of girls, boys, youth, women and men in all spheres of development. The Gender and Development Program focuses on addressing issues on gender dynamics in the development of the girl child, boy child, youth, women and men

Girls & women empowerment 

RHARK believes all lives have equal value and everyone deserves a healthy, productive life. We focus on reaching marginalized communities, especially women and girls, to address the root causes of poverty and inequality. We empower women and girls as agents of change, not just beneficiaries. Through capacity building, we equip young people, particularly girls and young women, with the skills and confidence to participate in decision-making and achieve economic empowerment

HIV & OVC

RHARK conducts regional and national advocacy to improve HIV prevention, care, and treatment for youth. We reach diverse youth populations, including girls, orphans, in-school adolescents, and young couples, to ensure access to HIV education, treatment, and community support services. These services aim to improve knowledge, empower youth, and reduce stigma. We link youth to youth-friendly facilities offering tailored service delivery models
